Here's what I think...

The Cardio/Aerobics
Here are some ideas that will tone your muscles in a week or two:
  • Dance Dance Revolution
  • Jogging (wear comfy shoes, workout clothes and carry a water bottle to drink from)
  • Jump rope (can't tell you how important this is)
  • Walk (it can be aerobics and a stressbuster at the same time!)

How to workout discreetly/ add fittness into your busy routine:

  • Get up in the morning and stretch; your legs, arms, neck, hips and back. It will boost your metabolism and keep you more flexible throughout the day.
  • At the desk, bounce your legs, tap a pencil, cross/uncross your legs, fidget. Keep on moving!
  • At home, put some low butter popcorn into the microwave and jog in place for the time being. Also, use a few water bottles (filled, of course!) for a few bicep curls.

Over time, these small things will add up and you'll look and feel better!

One last thing:

Develope a routine for every day of the week. Here's mine:
  • 100 crunches
  • 15push-ups
  • Do ab, cardio, and bun exercises in Seventeen Magazine.
  • Bicycle to 3 songs. (10 minutes)

If you're a beginner, try doing something like this, only tone it down a little. Then, you can build up as you get more fit. Good Luck!

The Toning
Here are some really good exercises you can do:
  • Leg lifts/butt lifts: stand with feet close together and put both hands on toes, bending knees a little bit. Raist you upper body up and your right leg behind you, like a ballerina. Do this 10 times on each side. 10 lifts= 1 set. Do three sets on each side.
  • Abs: Stand shoulder width apart and bring your right hand down to touch your left toe. Come back up and reach to the sky with the same hand with the other one on your hip. Do this 10 times on each side. Do three sets.

Well, that's enough for now. I'll add and update later. Have fun!

In this column, I'll write some of my opinions on current events. I'll date my entries and update this page frequently, whenever I feel moved to write.

I can talk about politics, sports, technology, whatever is important to me -- because of course, more people should share *my* opinion. ;-)

Try these workouts and send me your feedback or any ideas you have to my email in my About Me page. Thanx homies!
